Do you think it's necessary to be on a similar intellectual level to ensure a successful relationship (marriage)? And I'm not referring to educational level but rather general intellect. What do you think?
It is a bit harder..not to say that relationships with different levels of intellect do not work but it would certainly help to be on a similar intellectual level. It would allow each other to understand one another better and provide for more commonalities between you and your partner. But then again as long as you have an open and conscious mind one can always learn from each other about things that they are perhaps unaware of and with patience one can also learn to teach their partners.
